President
Prior to establishing her own firm Ms.Williams served as a Vice President and Director of a large project controls group for an international project management firm. She also managed and produced value engineering studies, cost studies, market studies, technical reviews of drawings and specifications, bid evaluations and construction schedules. She has more than 35 years of cost control experience on projects worldwide for design firms, project management firms and contractors.
The projects Ms.Williams has worked on are diverse in both size and facility type. Project types include: government & military, commercial & industrial, correctional, educational, medical, transit, public assembly, residential and aviation facilities. Her expertise is in analyzing the appropriate approach, systems and methods to provide accurate cost information at a conceptual level and throughout the design process.

Robert L.Hansen
Vice President
With 26 years of cost estimating experience, Mr.Hansen has acquired a broad knowledge of all facets of cost estimating. His expertise is in analyzing the appropriate approach, systems and methods to provide accurate cost information at a conceptual level and throughout the design process. Mr.Hansen's experience includes six years of field experience with several large mechanical contractors, eight years with a large international project management firm and twelve years with Project Cost Resources, Inc. The projects he has worked on are diverse in both size and facility type. Project types include: government & military, commercial & industrial, research labs, correctional, educational, medical, transit, public assembly, residential and aviation facilities.
Mr.Hansen has provided services for value engineering studies, cost studies, technical reviews of drawings and specifications, bid and change order evaluations and negotiations, onsite facilities inspection, project accounting, project management, computer modeling, systems development, and construction and design phase project controls and scheduling.

Michele Womack
Estimator
Ms.Womack has over 20 years of experience in construction cost estimating. She has served as Senior Manager and Chief Architectural/Structural Estimator for the project controls group of a large international project management firm. She provided estimates at all levels of design ranging from budget/conceptual models and schematic design through construction documents for over two billion dollars worth of construction throughout the world, as well as value engineering studies, technical review of construction documents and bid evaluation/reconciliation. The types of facilities Ms.Womack provided services for included: hospitals, university complexes, hotels, airports, correctional facilities, office buildings, and numerous government and military projects throughout the world. Ms.Womack coordinated work assignments for projects and directed the work of support personnel. She was also responsible for establishing objectives, reviewing performance of the cost estimate preparation and reporting functions on all directed projects.
